    • As I explain in my book, A Catholic Guide to Mindfulness, the practice of mindfulness is derived from Buddhism and is specific to the seventh step in the Buddha’s Eight-Fold Path to enlightenment. Called Samma Sati, or Right Mindfulness, it means controlling thoughts by maintaining awareness and focus on the present moment. The way one is trained in mindfulness is through a variety of Buddhist meditation techniques such as Breathing Space Meditation, Movement Meditation, Body Scan Meditation, and Expanding Awareness Meditation, all of which involve intense focus on the self in the present moment.
    • 2009 study that found a long list of psychological and physical side effects of mindfulness meditation such as depersonalization, psychosis, feelings of anxiety, disorganized speech and insomnia, to name a few.
    • With mindfulness-based interventions, the aim is not to change your thoughts, but your global beliefs about thoughts – essentially, you’re expected to stop believing that your thoughts are necessarily true or important. This is where the Buddhist philosophy really kicks in: your thoughts are mere ‘mental events’ – just thoughts, nothing more – and they don’t necessarily warrant any action. All you’re aiming to do is be aware.” The Christian, on the other hand, is taught not to dismiss their thoughts as mere “mental events” but to “take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ” (2 Cor 10:5). In this way they “put on the mind of Christ” (1 Cor 2:16) and make their thoughts holy and Christ-like.

So the ARR or net benefit that you’re being offered with the Pfizer vaccine is 0.84%. That 95% number refers to the relative difference between 0.88% and 0.04%.     • The CDC’s VAERS system reveals reports of 726,965 adverse events in the U.S. following vaccination, including 15,386 reports of deaths and 99,410 reports of serious injuries, between 12/14/2020 and 9/17/2021.  Yet a 2010 Harvard Pilgrim study which found that “fewer than 1% of vaccine injuries” are reported on VAERS.  In addition, even vaccine manufacturers have calculated at least a “fifty-fold underreporting of adverse events” on this system.

Recently, the number of deaths reported to VAERS following COVID-19 vaccination has been misinterpreted and misreported as if this number means deaths that were proven to be caused by vaccination.  Reports of adverse events to VAERS following vaccination, including deaths, do not necessarily mean that a vaccine caused a health problem. Steve Kirsch’s detailed analysis in his False Narrative Takedown Series, Episode 1, shows convincingly we can assign causality of deaths recorded in VAERS to be the result of the vaccine.

In addition, a 2010 federal study commissioned by HHS found that “fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events” are ever reported to VAERS.  The main purpose of VAERS is to be an early warning system for problems with vaccines.

    • Once you conclude that SARS-CoV-2 is a bioweapon, then so are the COVID shots (“vaccine” injections)
    • The same people involved in the funding of this bioweapon are the same people who have interfered with doctors providing treatment to patients, and the same people who have been involved in the development of these COVID shots
    • Health care workers are injecting people with something they cannot possibly give informed consent for, which means health care workers are violating their Hippocratic Oath
    • Health care workers who give these COVID shots are also violating the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights Treaty, the Nuremberg Code, the Declaration of Helsinki and other legal statutes
